• Online batch references?

From Kurt Weiske@1:218/700 to All on Wed Sep 7 10:28:00 2011
Does anyone have any pointers to good DOS batch file references?

My father is cleaning out his den, and I'm looking for two books I loaned
him - Running MS-DOS and Supercharging MS-DOS by Van Wolverton, two
wonderful references I swore by over the years.

I'd like to find some online references, save me lugging books around.

I thought I was done with batch files years ago, but a need for batch programming keeps popping up, and batch does the trick in most cases.

This one was fair last time I checked

Timo Salmi, a professor in FInland has done quite a bit on
    this one:

True, but post your queries here as well. There are at
least a few of us here who are serious bat nuts, and wring
quite a bit of performance out of .bat scripting with some
great enhancements, many of which can be found in the bfds.

    Regards,
    Richard
