"Break down" a huge file at specified locations into smaller
files.  File Splitters use Byte or Line counting which is not ideal
in some situations.  The file may be too big for a Text editor. If
it could handle a huge file, exporting many parts to individual
files after marking each part is very tedious.  That's why "Break
Down" was developed.

(v4.1a) CMP: Show differences between files

Displays line-by-line differences
between two files or groups of files,
and can return a value in errorlevel to
show whether the files are identical or
different. Options let you control how
blank lines, tabs, and strings of blanks
are treated, and whether to treat caps
and lower case as different.

Runs in plain DOS and DOS under Win
95/98/NT; the protected-mode version
uses long filenames. There is no special
installation procedure.

fragment.exe is a program I (Samuel Igwe) wrote a long time ago to divide large
files into small manageable sized chunks. I have used it to transport files in
small pieces that fit on a floppy. Once at the destination I merely run fragment
or a file concatenating program to reassemble (tack one to another) the files.
I have taken the liberty of including the source code to the command line 
program. Note that the program is written in x86 assembly.
